Municipal Dolphinarium building located in the area of the beach of "Lanzheron" in Odessa, represents itself as quite complicated construction form. There are a shop, a bar, pools, tribunes, viewing points, administrative and household premises inside. 3 pools and scenic space are planned in order to provide support to animals and performances.
