Building Expertise & Consulting
Real estate, land and buildings consulting
Our Expertise and Consulting service for real estate objects is a set of measures aimed at studying the condition, cost, and volume of repairs of a particular building or structure, land plot. The results of the examination may be required in the future for the implementation of repair and construction work, for resale and change of ownership, and is also necessary before the acquisition of a building or land plot.
Expert Online Consulting and Professional Help - will answer all your questions.
Research, Analysis & Feasibility Design Solution
Before starting any design, the client will want to know if it is possible to build on the site and in which direction to design. An extensive site analysis [or contextual analysis] will assess how economically feasible the development is and set the parameters for the best possible design that meets the physical and environmental aspects of the site.
Determining a Strategy or Direction - we will understand what to do and set the right direction for the project.
When analyzing a site's architecture, issues such as location, size, topography, zoning, traffic conditions, climate, social aspects, privacy, sanitary epidemiology, and more will be considered. The analysis should also take into account any future events or changes in the vicinity of the facilities.
The A-MDM will meet with the client/owner to determine design objectives, spatial requirements, client requirements, special equipment, special systems, and specific site requirements. This defines the basic framework of project goals and provides the basic rules that the project will follow.
Site Selection and Site Analysis
Using the Needs Assessment Report the A-MDM may assist the client/project owner in selecting a site. If a site is already selected the A-MDM will analyze the site to determine potential opportunities, constraints, and characteristics that the project will respond to.
Based upon the Needs Assessment Report a Program Statement will be developed for approval by the client. This document will include a diagrammatic study of potential relationships between spaces and their flexibility, begin to catalog the spaces of the project and begin to determine the project's response to the selected site.
Feasibility Study/ Budget Analysis
Using the Program Statement the stated project goals will be compared to the proposed project budget to assess if the budget is adequate to complete the project based upon the project type and quality. The budget should contain estimated amounts for both the hard costs and soft costs involved in the project. Hard Costs are construction-related costs including, but not limited to, building materials, construction labor, and the contractor's costs including their overhead and profit. Soft Costs are generally non-construction costs including project financing and fees, related insurance, architect's, engineer's and consultant's fees, and fees required for permits or municipal approvals.
Each project must respond to the various rules and regulations governing the specific project location and type. A-MDM has extensive experience with a wide variety of building and construction types and is familiar with a wide assortment of National, State, and Local regulations governing project use, design, and construction. A comprehensive study of these regulations allows for the project to be designed efficiently. This Code Analysis will become part of the final Project Documents and will be referenced throughout the planning and design process.
Our Project management team is involved in initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve design and construction goals and meet the best success criteria at the specified time.

The Design Communications group helps design teams visualize projects, producing a wide range of work, from hand-drawn sketches, presentations, drawings, digital concept art paintings to photorealistic artwork.
Modelmaking, Visualization, and 3d modeling. The modelmaking and visualization team assist the teams throughout the design process, creating everything from sketch models to large-scale building mock-ups, produces architectural visualizations, animations, motion graphics, and films for the practice for use at concept stages, construction, marketing, and final presentations.
Building Technical Expertise
Specialized technical expertise for historical monuments:
technical expertise to assess the protection level at gravitational and seismic loads
technical expertise for repair works (consolidations, extensions, multi-layering, re-compartmentalizing, annexation to dead walls)
expertise in the conservation status of architectural elements
technical expertise for buildings demolition
Construction expertise at any stage of the work
Technical survey and evaluation of the technical condition of buildings
The Structural Engineering team has experience in tall and complex buildings and particular knowledge of non-linear and seismic design and analysis. The team works on projects from their initial conception right through to completion on-site together with the architectural teams. They also liaise with other engineering consultants on projects, where the knowledge of local codes and third-party procedures may be beneficial.
Pre-Crafted Interiors Design
Each of our prefabricated interiors is a product of unique individual designs with extremely quality materials actualized through a high level of professionalism.
Behind each project is a process of innovation and integration to achieve creative goals and customer's needs as well as social, ecological, sustainable existence.
This satisfaction is achieved with feelings of space harmony between useful function, creative idea, an inner feeling of visitors.
Environmental Engineering & Engineering
The Environmental Engineering team combines its broad knowledge of engineering and environmental processes for developing effective solutions to environmental problems. In collaboration with Engineering, teams design efficient building systems that reduce energy and water consumption enhances user comfort, and ensures indoor environmental quality. There are many aspects to the team’s work including Mechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Public Health; Fire Protection; Vertical Transportation; Architectural Lighting Design; Building Physics and Sustainability.
Sustainable construction aims to meet present-day needs for housing, working environments, and infrastructure without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs in times to come.
It incorporates elements of economic efficiency, environmental performance, and architectural responsibility – and contributes to the greatest extent when architectural quality, technical innovation, and transferability are included.
Reconstruction & Restoration of Monuments of Architecture
Restoration and reconstruction of architectural monuments - this is quite a complicated process of expertise, structural analysis, historical research, architectural design, and restoration design work.
When construction performance must strictly adhere to the design documentation and only in this case you can expect to receive the expected result. Archproject-MDM Project Management and Supervision team support construction to achieve urban's monument goals.
Sometimes to build a new building is much easier than restoring an object that provides a certain historical and cultural image of a city. Accordingly to drafting the need to pay special attention to the order of those or other construction works and the possibility of renovation and consolidation of monuments.
