Hotel complex “Grand Pettine”

Hotel Grande Pettine 4 * with restaurant and terrace is situated in the middle of the slope near the 16th station of Big Fountain in Odessa.
Description:
Grande Pettine 4 * hotel was built in 2007 and is located in one of the most picturesque areas of the city – on the Big Fountain (Dacha Kovalevsky), which is often called the Odessa Riviera. The object is designed in a style that speaks to the architecture of the south of France – with its quiet, relaxing atmosphere, with her usual discreet luxury, with a Mediterranean-style weave that gives the building a lightness and creates an impression of simplicity of vertical structures.
In the mastreplan the object has a slight curve. The center building is a restaurant and entertainment complex: banqueting facilities for up to 250 people, with sea views, a conference hall for 200 people and 5 meeting rooms with different capacities. 3-storey building with hotel rooms are situated at plot outline and connected into picturesque narrow streets with lots of small entrances.
In the project were included bank protection works, the location of the complex itself strengthens the slope, reinforcing the bottom. The complex has a self-contained power supply, water and all other necessary modern communications, so it is able to function whole year around.
The hotel was designed as a laconic and at the same time exquisite space for relaxing on the beach. Therefore, instead of hi-tech designed buildings, it is built as a cozy house, facinated by majestic simplicity and luxurious ease.
