    VIlla D2 features three styles of a four-bedroom villa, all maintaining an intimate relationship with the surrounding landscape yet each with its own individual character.

   Villa D2 is set primarily on one floor with a self-contained suite on the lower level. Villas D2 features a recreation room, private digital cinema, home office and gymnasium.
 

    All villas are oriented to ensure the best ocean views from all points within the property and careful attention has been paid to ensure the privacy of every villa.

  To create so high-quality standarts for the Luxury Villa D2 we use the construction method - Hybrid PreFabrication or Pre-Crafted, which is a method of construction that integrates prefabricated structure, walls, overlaps, roof, and cast-in-situ concrete on-site to make the best advantage of their different inherent qualities.

D2 Villa has two entrances, the first entrance for owners and guests, the second - entrance for maintenance and staff.
